About The Presentation: Stone 101
In this session we’ll review different types of stone; the different definitions of stone available in the market; quarrying techniques, and stone finishes.
We also delve into the geologic and chemical composition of the different varieties of stones. Then we wind up by discussing in a Q and A session what stone are appropriate for which areas of a home and how to properly set a homeowners expectation.
